These listed have way too much sugar for me. They mention meat but don’t list any. Some meats have a good supply of potassium.
ex: “Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless,

Avocadoes and leafy greens have not much sugar.................
Maybe look into Jerusalem Artichokes. They aren’t listed, but pack a lot of potassium.
Duck liver has 230 mg/ 100 grams.
4 oz. of Pate de fois gras a day should fix you right up!
