This is not one of those chance encounters of celebrity on a golf course.
Maybe not fully planned but the person making this was vetted by USSS and the video was approved by Team Trump.
Control and military precision.
Notice how sees he is being filmed from close quarters and waves.
This was
1. an acknowledgement of being filmed and
2. A signal to review and approve what this guy had.
