they will have to figure out was she hacked or who in the home did it.
I dont know how you would prove the daughter did it if the daughter doesn’t confess.
I don’t know if having a naked pic of a minor on your phone is child porn. It was clearly a selfie. The mother was clearly documenting it. It’s a dicey situation
