We noticed yesterday that one of the local ChuckECheeses had closed, and the space is for lease.

Cici's has been heading downhill since the investment bankers got their claws in it in 2016.

I'm not familiar with the Cici's deal, but the usual pattern is 1) investment banker takeover; 2) suck it dry; 3)prop it up until the clock can run; 4) bankruptcy; 5) investment banker takeover.

A company is usually good for a couple of cycles until the husk is discarded an a new target located.
