I think PJ has found that DIGIORNO pizzas are one brand of frozen pizzas tasty enough to live on, full time.
What can make the difference is finding the best temperature and time works for what you are cooking it in. Often it is not what they recommend on their paxkaging, that’s just a generic time and setting.
Some people also cook right on the rack, or on a pizza stone, preheated.
Higher end frozen pizzas can be pretty good.
Lotzza Motzza pizzas are one of the better choices. Some of the more “brick oven” style pizzas have a good crust.
The cheaper and more obviously mass produced frozen pizzas often dissapoint. The higher end ones when cooked properly can be pretty good.
Frozen pizza can be great, depending on how you cook it. I have a $1K Breville pizza oven that reaches 700 degrees and it always produces a good pizza, frozen or freshly made. But you don’t need to spend that much. Amazon sells the Presto Pizzaz Plus Rotating Pizza oven for $60 which cooks frozen pizza perfectly. It’s amazingly good and has over 8,500 five star reviews.
