What’s up with Popeye’s? They discontinued Cajun rice, green beans, and onion rings. Tried to order Cajun rice and was informed of this. Thought it might be a local problem. Looked on the web and found out that it’s nationwide and the rice is only available at limited locations. What locations those are you have to find out on your own. Just seems odd.

My first real paying job was at KFC. I worked late nights and would usually get to take chicken home with me. One night there were 3 barrels worth of chicken leftover and my boss said I could take it all. I brought those barrels into the house and my parent's jaws dropped. They called 2 sets of aunts and uncles at nearly midnight and they came over to eat their fill of fresh original recipe KFC chicken.

My folks still talk about that night.

That’s one way to throw away $45.

We’re never wasting any money or time at Chik-fil-A ever again. Stopped in once after an out of town doctor’s appt. Didn’t get a filet sandwich but nuggets inside a plain dry nasty bun. The nuggets immediately fell to the floorboard so saved them for the dog. The dog turned up his nose and wouldn’t touch them. Smart dog.

I have never encountered a Popeyes that didn't have a ridiculously long wait. Not because of the number of cars, but simply because of how long it took each car to go through the drive-thru.

In fact, I've never even had the patience to actually get one of their sandwiches.
