If they lose video game makers and online game platforms, this absolutely WILL be a crisis.

I never started. I’m a guy and have no room in my life for football. I’ve only seen 5-10 games in my life. Mostly Super Bowls because I did like the commercials.

Haven’t seen ten minutes of football in the last five years combined.

I live near Baltimore. One Sunday afternoon, I guess during the playoffs I went into a large store. It was empty, even the employees were in the back. Kinda weird.

The ratings have been on a steady decline for the past 6 years. The trend is continuing.

Not that I know of, but you can bet that the numbers will be fudged to favor the NFL.

I’ll check the score from time to time, but that’s it.

I think this will be the fifth year in a row I haven’t watched the SB, and I never used to miss it.

I heard Tom Brady was playing in the super bowl with the Buccaneers?
Wow, I really lost touch with the NFL.

Screw em.
Advertisers will waste money this time if they buy time for this charade.

You have to include streamers (which started about 6 years ago and increases every year) to get the total viewers. That’s part of why the OTA numbers are going down. That’s why the advertising prices continue to go up.

CEOs wasted corporate funds in exchange for being invited to lavish NFL parties at the Super Bowl. No lavish parties, so they aren’t spending the money. Has nothing to do with return on advertising dollars. Almost everyone knows about the products, except for new ones. Those advertisers should see a huge interest in their products and services.

Maybe these advertisers don’t want to give the finger to 74 million traditional Americans.

Americans who have supported them AND the NFL for decades.

Could be that taking a dump on your neighbors isn’t that much fun anymore for the few decent people among the ‘elites’...

An excuse. The truth is those overpriced ads aren’t worth the cost.
