Brady reaches another Super Bowl as Buccaneers beat Packers, 31-26 (The GOAT debate... Brady or Rodgers?)
The Washington Post ^ | Mark Maske

Brady is headed back to the Super Bowl, this time without Coach Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots. He prevailed over Aaron Rodgers in a duel of legendary quarterbacks, and his Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat Rodgers's Green Bay Packers, 31-26, in Sunday's NFC championship game at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

Are you criticizing his duplicity or praising his wisdom?

Nice retort!

I'll go with the latter. She's definitely the bread-winner in that family. Yes, I found that hard to believe as well but I looked it up and it's true. If they ever got a divorce, Tom would be the one getting alimony.

Brees hasn’t made a formal decision yet. If Brady goes another year I bet Brees will too.

It’s truly astonishing to me that a used up, over-the-hill “leader” could swoop in with his gaggle of unknown wannabes and snatch victory from a superior, far more qualified opponent, especially when you consider it happened in Wisconsin.

It seems as if the whole thing was fixed.

Now, as to the football game...

I acaused you personally of nothing but you defense mode says it all.

Like I said sports for some here overrides their love of country and for them to discard sports is a no can do.

Considering that Tom is doing this at 43, past his prime, he’s easily the GOAT.

The fact that Tom is going to his 10th Superbowl is surreal.

“...die hard sports fans and their love of sports over country
You are 1...”

You said the above....That I love sports more than my country...

That is a totally false accusation...

now, just move along...Enough said...

Brees had 11 fractures of his ribs. Doubt he comes back.

I’m no fan of Tom Brady or his personality or his libtard wife or his libtard father (who attacked Abp Cordileone a few years back for trying to maintain moral standards in S.F. Catholic schools)... BUT, damn, I have to reluctantly give the devil his due. Ten freakin’ Super Bowl appearances?! That is unreal. And to do it again at 43?! No other QB is even close to playing at that standard for 20 years. The man’s career is unmatched and it’ll be a long, long time (possibly forever) before another QB tops him.

Montana is my #2 all time abs at their prime given I saw Montana do nothing but win it’d be hard for me nor to pick him in some type of AI fantasy game.

Here’s every Montana play in the Super Bowl against Denver.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=IWRRftknmE0&feature=youtu.be

Jerry Rice looks wide open on most throws to him. He’s a top 3 all time receiver.

Montana was a winner and great player. Look at the longevity and consistency of Brady - now the top playoff performer for two teams - and I give him the GOAT title.

But ... if some AI brings them both back in their prime it’d be tough not to bet on Montana! The guy was just a winner and clutch.

Pretty much everyone has ignored the AFL since 1970! LOL!

Joe played 15 years. The last few with an elbow the size of a melon.

What if the last 2 years were healthy and he played another 5?

Joe was/is Great.

Brady is incredible.

Would have LOVED to see them play each other :)

Brady threw 3 interceptions today. Granted, 2 were deep in the other team’s territory.

But Tampa Bay’s D really came up big at the end.

I wish we were talking in person.

An Italian typing instead of talking and waving his hands all over is just not the same :)

I agree with your post

LOL

Why would you kick the field goal at the end??

Rodgers knew at 4th and 12, they needed a touchdown to be able to win.

Conservative play kills you every time.

This KC kid is very good.

Should be a great game

Found a free stream at (bilasport.net).
Great performance by Mahones in the few minutes I watched.

Guess I’ll watch the SB after all.

HERE’S a question.

Second game National Anthem on the electric guitar.

In bad taste or pretty cool?

I Love to hear the beautiful words to the song, but it was a pretty cool rendition and for God’s sake every american should know the words by heart anyway.

I disagree. Defense got burned early and often, and ARod is not really a comeback QB, especially in playoffs. And yes I am a lifelong Packer fan. Rodgers needed two more 2nd q scores to have a chance...been mostly horrendous in 2nd half this year.

How gross to put Brady in the same sentence as Rodgers. Rodgers is a Democratic freak.

Peyton will always be my favorite QB. He could never scramble but his attitude, work ethic, and knowledge of the game was top knotch. After he retired I never was as interested in watching, but Kapernick started his crap that next season so it wasn’t a big loss. Peyton went out on top. His final game was a SuperBowl win. That’s quite a curtain call.
