India and China Wage a War of Words About a Chinese Village on Indian Land

NEW DELHI—India and China have issued official statements after reports emerged of a Chinese village on Indian land in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. While the Indian government has said that it’s keeping an eye on all Chinese infrastructure building happening on the disputed border, the Chinese regime has defended its construction saying that it “never recognized” Arunachal Pradesh as a part of India.

The Chinese built a village consisting of 101 houses along the Tsari Chu river in the border state, according to the U.S.-based imaging company Planet Labs. The construction of the village was completed 2.5 miles into the Indian territory by November last year while India and China engaged in a tense military standoff in the far north, Himalayan region of Ladakh. The construction is a matter of grave concern for India, reported New Delhi Television (NDTV) on Jan. 18.

First India needs to produce more nukes to match Chinese stock. But realistically, if the war between two countries breaks out, it could end up being a bloody protracted war of attrition.

I have nothing but sympathy for any country bordering on China, a lawless Communist outfit which is recognized as a threat by most rational people in the world. But India has had decades to put together a sound military to counter the Chinese threat and they've squandered those decades on the kind of epic corruption and bureaucratic nonsense all socialist nations love. All they can do is splutter as the Chinese take more of their territory.

The only reason Hitler thought about the Sudetenland was because the English and French completely rolled over for him on Alsace and Lorraine.
After Alsace, Lorraine and Czechoslovakia the Germans had no real idea invading Poland would actually cause a war.
