AJ has spent the last six years trapped in their house, as well as in their own body.
The super morbidly obese 24-year-old can spend 19 hours a day on a mattress in the living room - staring at the same four walls all day.
AJ, who lives in Airdrie, Scotland, is forced to sleep on a pile of pillows while using a special sleep mask because the excess weight compresses the airway.
The biggest fear for mum Sharon is that AJ will stop breathing during the night, so she sleeps beside her child on another mattress.
Even the most basic of tasks require help from Sharon, who has washed AJ for the last six years and helps with trips to the toilet.
"My role at the moment is mother to a giant baby," admits Sharon. "It breaks your heart to see your child like this, it really does."
Isolated at home, AJ relies on two dogs for company because "animals don't judge", having faced cruel taunts from bullies at school and even children on the street.(snip)
Dinner is eaten kneeling at the counter because AJ doesn't like being higher than the worktop.(snip)
AJ, who identifies as non-binary and uses "them" and "they" pronouns has another strong reason for wanting to lose weight.
They dream of having a gender reassignment operation, but doctors warn they might die if they went under the knife.
"My body doesn't reflect who I am because I still have the female attire. What I want now is a mastectomy and a hysterectomy. I want to be me, just me," says AJ.

I think of all of the millions and millions of people who are battling life threatening diseases! This problematic freak requires no sympathy!

They shouldn't eat for them. Maybe, keep the calories to a singular pronoun level.

Culture goes through regular cycles of insanity. We are in one now. I feel sorry for people who, going with the fashion of the times, decide to get gender reassignment. When it goes out of fashion they will feel really badly about it. I saw an interview with a man who, decades earlier, became a woman. He said, “I regret it every day.”
A surgeon said he was regularly asked by women to amputate one or more toes so they could wear the pointed shoes that were then fashionable. He told them, “What happens when the fashion changes and open toe shoes are all the rage?” He refuses to do the surgery. But, suppose laws are passed that he can’t refuse the surgery?
Frankly, if a doctor doesn’t want to do something, is it wise to force them to do it anyway? You can still eat a lousy wedding cake made by a baker forced to bake it. But having sex with equipment installed by someone who didn’t want to do it? Society is indeed (temporarily, I hope) insane.
Person will have a short time on earth at that weight. Whatever gender desired. Pitiful.
Forgo the special sleep mask, let nature take it’s course
AJ needs to be Air Dried.
So she has decided to go from might get laid with a male or female with enough alcohol involved to a permanent incel, but with the super awesome privilege that comes with maleness, I guess its worth it

This girl needs mental help that she will not get because it is not fashionable.

Jame Gumb would be impressed by this specimen, and happy to relieve it of its female attire.
Yes, a coworker had her jaw wired for about a month (for teeth work), and she was a size 8, not fat, not thin, just right. She ate anything she wanted if it could go through a straw. I couldn’t believe how skinny she got and how quickly.
