If she was born in the United States she is a citizen. Why else do you think the illegals come and have children....they are citizens due to the fact they were born here. I have never seen a convincing argument that states otherwise even if the parents were not citizens.
I know and work with many people who,s parents were not citizens when they were born here in US. And their patriotism is second to none for this country. I may not agree with how the parents got here but I sure don’t fault their kids. Yeah I know there are those who take advantage of our system but I refuse to paint everyone with a broad brush.

She’s an Anchor Baby, born to provide a reason for her parents to get to stay, even though they were not here on immigrant visas...they were “students”.
Her citizenship is based on the loose definition used by the State Department: it only looks at birthplace, not parents immigration status.
No one ever adjudicated that. They just decided on their own with a superficial reading of the 14th amendment.
She’s a pretty special case. Other then her father (in his 80’s now) and her sister, she has no family in the United States. She has no history in our country: no forebears in any of the wars, or in the expansion to the West...none of that.
There’s people like that in our country, but no sane populace hands over control of not just this country but the entire “Free World” (we aren’t anymore, of course) to such a person. They obviously have no connection to us. So why would we accept their rule? Because she speaks English? Half of Russia speaks English. So what.
She’s a foreigner. She was raised as one, she thinks like one, and she has a grudge against us because of her own situation. So she wants revenge against the people whose midst she grew up in.
