What’s to keep Biden from rescinding the State of Emergency EO, just like he has the others?
And I don’t believe everyone will ignore him if it is rescinded; they certainly stopped the Keystone pipeline construction when he rescinded that EO, didn’t they?
I wondered that as well. Biden can sign away an executive order in the blink of an eye.....and he seems to be able to do it by scribbling his name on a blank page. They just get him signing and fill it in as they see fit later.
