I wondered that as well. Biden can sign away an executive order in the blink of an eye.....and he seems to be able to do it by scribbling his name on a blank page. They just get him signing and fill it in as they see fit later.

The media reported President Trump was signing blank papers when he was in the hospital with COVID. It was shown at that time that a photograph, if the light and angle are just right, can make paper look ‘blank’ even though there’s writing on it.
So if we’re going to stick with Biden signing blank papers, then we have to do the same for President Trump. There are those that will see only what they want to see, and believe that Biden did but President Trump didn’t. I’m more an Occam’s Razor person myself: the simplest answer is most likely correct.

Wow there was NO MARINE out front of the Oval Office during his Presidential Daily Briefing this morning.
Typically that means POTUS is *not* in the Oval. So who was receiving the PDB, and where?
