177 Patriots arrested by FBI.

A lot of these are "unlawfully entering a building". Isn't that called trespassing & usually a misdemeanor, if anything?

Unless they broke something, all these people did was walk into a building. Most of them probably didn't even know they weren't supposed to, as they were just following the crowd casually walking in.

Knowingly enter or remain in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of government business or official functions, engage in disorderly or disruptive conduct.

The second part of these charges could have been applied to people who have gone into hearing rooms and shouted down the speakers as well as to those who followed Senators around in a threatening way during the Kavanaugh hearings. Were they?

The FBI can really find people fast when they want to: facial recognition software, license plate identification, internet pictures, etc. Too bad the FBI wasn’t interested in any of the people who rioted all summer long.
