I have no idea what the 'chucks' with a dress is all about. 😂

I have been known to wear booties with a dress, tho. :-)

That dress. It is the wrong length for her. The shoes are totally wrong. She looks “unfinished” without stockings AND she doesn’t know how to walk in a dress.
