Well there you go, I will never consider Sniffy and Heelsup to be my leader. They lied and cheated their way to the top.
I am pretty sure the Bible addresses these two also and the punishment is an edict where not praying for your leaders has no demands set forth. Like the “shall” word
Oh and now the Bible is god. So the Bible created the heavens and earths but God came along later. Not how I read it...
For his own sake, I hope not. Completing his descent from “America’s Mayor” to the new Orly Taitz would be a sad end.

When dealing with election laws the State's Constitution and the US Constitution weigh in in place of a Governor. And some states also require a voter referendum of proposed changes. I'm guessing that if a state has a referendum it replaces a Governor's signature.
