I’m not convinced we even HAVE a POTUS at this point in time.
Biden took the oath prior to Noon.
At Noon, the presidency of Trump Constitutionally dissolved.

If Biden did not take the oath again after Noon, then, who is president.
If Biden was President before Noon, he was not President after Noon.
There is no Constitutional “carry-over” on the Oath.
The question is, did Biden take the oath a second time after Noon?
Where is such recorded and who were the witnesses (and can they be verified as being present)?

Along with bags, I continue to maintain that Washington DC is under martial law via a PEAD and the Insurrection Act.
We have no president and the military is controlling DC.

And the 20th amendment to the Constitution says:

“Section 1
The terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.”

So, the oath has to be taken right at noon, in order to be constitutional.

Seeing the two videos of Bitem signing blank paper, one in a different location, and the official WH version has that overdub or whatever it’s called of another voice talking about sentencing/plea, plus the official WH photo of Bitem looking like a clown, convinces me that the above is true. I lost all anxiety last night.

20th amendment solves that.(or is supposed to) A noon ending is also a noon beginning. I haven't chased down any US code.

It seems the timing (the early taking) of the oath is a different question not solved by the Constitution.(Which the 20th amendment was supposed to solve) (Nor was the question asked by the MSM - go figure)

Article 2 Sec 1 Clause 8

"Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

In a reply I made elsewhere to ransomnote, I said that I had dinner a few evenings ago with an old friend who was retired MI and still maintains his high level security clearance.

He verified to me that Trump triggered the Insurrection Act prior to January 20th.
