I would like to introduce you to the set or stage that Biden in the sitting on. It’s very close to the real thing but no cigar.
The top window overlaps the bottom in Biden’s “Oval Office”. In Trump’s the bottom window is the inside pane. I’m sure they didn’t install new windows.”

The windows are different.
About those windows. The way biden has them, leaves a gap between the two panels because the center joining pieces are angled. Also It's difficult to pull up the back window when it's fully down because that part doesn't have "handles" to pull up. No one in a real house would close them that way. Thus biden's white house is fake.
My house was built in 1860. Still has the original windows. The top section is pulled all the down only when it needs washing.
