So far we know of two strange occurrences. The OAN one and the voice over when biden speaks. Both have the general same message. Jail time. What are the chances that the two most watched "shows" are hit with the same topic. Why wasn't one about what someone had for breakfast? something innocent.
What if, what if it was some above the FCC sort of EAS test run to make sure that every single method would work to get an important message to the people. This certainly would mess up the dem heads.
In the White House case, it could also be a warning to them that they are being listened in on. Someone can control a volume button from a hidden microphone or something.
