I was thinking they never swear in early - if anything arrival is delayed.
I have no idea. Did we watch something pre-recorded portrayed as “live”? Okay maybe that’s not the solution but something is off.
I can just imagine how the press would treat President Trump if he cried on camera before coming to DC. Biden seemed, as one person put it, “aware of calamity”.
