I wonder if they planned for the foreign interference in elections E.O. to come sequentially when it did, knowing it would be important operationally in a certain date in the future. Did they plan for it to be hinted at by someone like Pompeo? Or was the E.O. number and the number of days to the next election just a happy coincidence?
They could have been planning to drop the clue/reminder about the E.O.’s existence around this time period and then someone at some point noticed how the numbers lined up, so today became the day to drop it rather than two days ago or two days from now. Could have been a case of, “Damn. We’re so good. We surprised even ourselves.”
