Thanks for that American in Israel; I'll make a note of it.

Another good combo is (say) Vitamins D3 and K2. The Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 Connection: Understanding the Mechanisms, What to Test, and How Much D3 and K2 to Take

You can find a lot of YouTube videos on them. The important thing is that higher blood levels of D-vitamins, lead to more calcium in the blood; the K2 directs the calcium into the bones and teeth (where you want it) and away from the arteries and soft tissues (where you don't).

magnesium (in the form of glycinate and/or malate) is critical for heart and overall body health. You must have enough mag for calcium and D to absorb. It also balances the rest of your nutrients as well.
