Yes- odd that they don’t trust the Secret Service??? Biden has probably had secret service for past 12 years!
I recall when Biden was VP. He would have his SS attachment stay in his guest house and charge the Gov’t rent.
In the article I read, it said that Biden Team didn’t want any Secret Service who had guarded POTUS DJT. So maybe he’s going to mainly use the ones he has had all along.
Also read that the Checkmate Security team was hired by Secret Service as extra security for the Inauguration. I forget what the name of Checkmate used to be.
