Follow Zelenko protocol. It’s very similar to what the Dr. on Med Cram does.
Anytime I have to go out for Dr. or Dentist etc. I take the top amounts 2 days before, day of, and 2 days after. Then I go back down to the lower dose.
Medcram Dr. also said that good night’s sleep is most important for the body to be able to ward it off.
