Along with my other weird health issues, I have asthma. So I bought some NAC from Life Extension

Normally I have to take a puff twice each day of my long acting inhaler and I’m on the top dose. But I can get by with one puff every other day. That probably didn’t make sense.

So I used said inhaler last night, but not this morning. But started having trubbles about 7 pm, so used inhaler.
