That would certainly explain Cipelone reportedly telling Trump *not* to pardon him; aside from the merits pro/con. Assange -> SR 187 which is the holy grail of deep state secrets, no way Turtle & the Chou are going to let that happen.
#2871 there isn’t a bigger rat in Washington than the turtle. He hated the Tea Party and loathed Trump and his supporters.
