That being said, was your diet always that healthy, and had you ever smoked?

(There are genetics, too. Jimm Fixx (The Complete Book of Running) died early of a heart attack, they ran in his family).

I did until the first heart attack in 2003...that is when I went on the ‘diet’

Cholesterol runs in my family generations back and that is the problem...last widow maker October 5, 2018, so something is working...
