Any thoughts on whether the Senate will be able to convict POTUS of impeachment charges before 1:00 PM tomorrow? After 1:00 PM, it won’t matter, as it won’t have any legal basis at that point. If done prior to then, then it could make things more complicated, although I can’t imagine the plan could have progressed this far without considering that possibility.

“Confirmation hearings for Joe Bidens Cabinet appointees happening right now on Capital Hill”.
Question: How do you vote for Cabinet Members, prior to Biden being inaugurated?
Are theya false Cabinet?

Any thoughts on whether the Senate will be able to convict POTUS of impeachment charges before 1:00 PM tomorrow? It doesn't matter. This Senate is illegitimate. Fraud vitiates everything. Anything this Senate passes might as well be what a bull passes.

It seems a moot point as there is no prosecution case to debate from the House on impeachment. A 24 hour impeachment based on a yelling match is a ludicrous joke for a court of law.
There is nothing to debate over, its a lynch mob at best.
