I know that. But can the courts be wholesale dissolved and judges dismissed? I’ve never heard of such a thing. Judges get life time appointments. Law school was a long time ago but I just cannot reconcile this move with the concept of separation of powers.
Right I replied to another poster ... the judges server as long as they have good conduct....so I suppose the supremes would have to rule on it??
