Given where he is and who it is interviewing him, he’s a Fake F. who belongs to the mayor Bow Wow. We don’t “transfer” Military power and then yak it up about being just a back up to the local police and congratulate MLKing.

We legally Elect a new Commander in Chief every four years. Military Power is static not a fluid commodity. The Commander in Chief is fluid.. in this case, Biden is the commodity. CCP commodity.

Major General William J. Walker
23rd Commanding General

General Walker is responsible for the strategic leadership, training, readiness, operational employment and performance of the Army and Air Force components of the District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG). He reports to the Secretary of the Army and is charged with ensuring units are manned, trained, equipped and ready for war and any national emergency. DCNG deployments include Iraq, Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay, Poland and Saudi Arabia. General Walker oversees the 113th Wing, F-16 Fighting Falcon, which secures the skies over the Nation’s Capital, and C-40 Clipper that transports members of Congress and other dignitaries. Under his leadership, the 113th Wing conceived, designed and hosted Guardian Shield 2020, the largest live-fly cruise missile defense exercise ever held by the Department of Defense.

General Walker also directs the military-to-military partnerships the DCNG enjoys with the Burkina Faso Armed Forces in West Africa, and with the Jamaica Defence Force under the Department of Defense, State Partnership Program. In 2018, capitalizing on the West Africa regional expertise and language competencies of DCNG members, he established the Office of International Affairs to assist the Department of Defense and National Guard Bureau (NGB) with State partnerships. In 2019, the Chief of the NGB appointed General Walker, Chairman of his Joint Diversity Executive Council. As Chairman, General Walker is improving joint force readiness by leveraging diversity and inclusion best practices to develop, and provide recommendations to National Guard senior leaders.

General Walker was educated at the University of Illinois, Chicago (BA), Chicago State University (MS), the National Intelligence University (MS) and American University (MA). He completed the National and International Security Program for Senior Executives at Harvard University; National Security Programs at George Washington University and Syracuse University; the Homeland Defense and Security Leadership Program at the Naval Post Graduate School, and the Seminar XXI International Relations Fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. General Walker is a graduate of the Inter-American Defense War College, the Joint and Combined War-fighting School and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Senior Executive Course.

For thirty years, General Walker simultaneously served as a National Guardsmen and Special Agent of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Promoted to the Senior Executive Service rank in 2003 and appointed a U.S. Intelligence Community, Senior Intelligence Officer in 2009, his final position was Deputy Assistant Administrator for Strategic Warning at DEA Headquarters. Prior to his current position, General Walker was Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of the Young Marines a public service organization for boys and girls that encourages its 10,000 members into becoming responsible citizens who enjoy a drug-free lifestyle. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha and Sigma Pi Phi fraternities and active in several community service organizations.
