Gina, our ribs are KC style from Kroger. You cook them right in the bag. Connie just cut the top of the bag off and I mopped some more KC BBQ sauce on them. Added some to the beans, too. I'd have uncovered the grill, but that would mean I'd have to sit in the living room and watch whatever godawful TV show she's binging on this week. *chuckle*

Oh, and Vision, the septic went belly-up again. It was slow when we left for Cumberland, but it rained while we were gone and everything - toilets, tubs, sinks - were completely backed up. It was beyong critical, and I called the septic monkeys we used last time. They blew me off, so I called someone else. I didn't even get through the history of what had been done and the new guy pegged who did the job last time out of sheer experience. He said he's always coming in behind them and fixing the mess they make. The other guys only dug far enough to take one lid slab off, and the tank has four. He took our money and absconded. Our new guy did the job right, did a complete inspection in the process including the field drain lines, and is coming back this week to install a T-line so he can pump out the tank directly and if it ever gets full of water from too much rain, the other end of the T will have an overflow valve to allow the tank to drain off into the yard.

Oddly, we didn't see a single flake of snow while we were there. Nothing but snow piles in parking lots. Then, when we left, we got down around Staunton, and the flurries started. It wasn't long before before it turned into a full-blown snow squall all the way to the VA/NC, so I got my Christmas-ish snow. :-)

After I take a hot shower, I’m-a gonna find out. LOL I’m drinking wine, but I think I got a couple beers in the fridge to wash it down with. Oh, dang! I forgot I got two cases of beer and ale I microbrewed a few months ago, sitting in the garage fridge! It’s party time! LOLOL
