“Everyone settled on...?” Bullshiite. We constitutionalists KNEW that NBC meant “ born of 2 citizens on US soil”. With very few exceptions, and obambam never met any of them.

Under federal law (8 USC § 1401), persons born on US soil are citizens with only extremely narrow exceptions.
2. Harris is not Obama. Creatively interpreting the meaning of U.S. law and SCOTUS cases in ways no court would when it suits us won't change anything.
3. Her parents were in the process of getting legal citizenship, as far as the law and SCOTUS is concerned, that affect the citizenship of their children.
4. U.S. law has no jurisdiction over other country's citizenship. We can't say a child born in this country is a citizen of another country.
5. No matter how we want to pretend otherwise, she has a much stronger case for NBC than Obama.

Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal both ran for POTUS and both were not Natural Born Citizens since their Parents were not United States Citizens at the moment of ther Birth.
