1. Vladmir Putin's children were not born in Russia, not the U.S.
2. There was no court case on it since it did not happen.

I’m aware of what it says, it says natural born citizens who meet the other eligibility criteria are eligible to be President. Since Harris was born a citizen, she’s eligible.
I didn’t vote for her because she’s a Marxist who is wrong on the issues of the day not because of some quirky misreading of her constitutional eligibility.

How can a foreigner be naturally an American?
A naturalized citizen is not eligible because they were not a US citizen at birth, that's all natural born means.
People born hear or who were born abroad and derived their citizenship through their parents US status at the time of their birth are natural born citizens.

don’t agree, if parents were legal immigrants yes i don’t recall any case saying children of illegal citizens are us citizens..just policy.

Sure, you could move here and become a citizen (what we now call naturalization). Harris didn't do that. She was never naturalized.
One is only naturally a citizen if they are born here of citizen parents.
That's not what the Constitution says nor what federal law says - or has ever said. And if that's true that excludes 4 or 5 American Presidents. You're gotta rewrite a lot of history now!
Anyone with more than one nationality is not naturally an American.
