Not that that’s stopped some people from trying. Edward Lee, the James Beard Award-nominated chef of 610 Magnolia, was so intrigued with serving pig’s milk cheese at his Louisville, Kentucky, restaurant that he experimented with different ways of milking a pig. The most extreme involved ingratiating himself to the sow by smearing pig poop on his jacket and sitting near her until she was familiar enough with him to fall asleep. Then he’d move in to milk—but even this was to no avail. In the end, as Lee told Modern Farmer, “Cows have been domesticated for so many years, they’re very docile. You get within 15 feet of a sow, she’ll get up on her hind legs and get defensive. She might charge you. And once she charges you, just forget it. She’s already identified you as an enemy.”
Lee added, “Goats don’t like to be milked either. But if you get kicked by a goat, you’ll get bruised. Get hit by a 250-pound sow, you’re dead. There’s a very basic practical reason people don’t attempt it. No one else is crazy enough to get in the barn with ’em.”
Combine the economics and logistical difficulties—then add the lack of consumer demand—and the likelihood of seeing pig’s milk on Whole Foods shelves anytime soon is slim. As Maxwell concluded, “Unless someone discovered something in sow’s milk that revolutionary, like it kept you 10 years younger or it could replace Viagra, then maybe. But I seriously doubt there’s anything unique in sow’s milk, and it would be more expensive.”

Sounds as if the difficulty in getting the product discouraged any demand for it. Probably the same reason we don’t use bear’s milk.
I hear Nancy Pelosi saved up many bottles of breast milk that she will be selling on ebay. She even sent some to her favorite ice cream maker.
Answering the questions we forgot to ask.

“The pig an unclean animal? Why, the pig is the cleanest animal there is. Except for my father, of course.”

. Filthy, filthy bacon....mmmmm, filth.
It would utterly destroy out digestive systems???
“I don’t even like cow milk”
When I was growing up my dad had this thing about powdered skim milk, this was in the 60’s so powdered skim milk was inexpensive and we were on a tight budget.
Dad said “if you let it sit in the refrigerator a couple of days it’ll taste like real milk.” Nope.
So... we moved over to Thailand and powdered skim milk with kind of hard to find so we started drinking canned milk which was even worse.
Needless to say I’m not a big milk fan either. But I like cheese and every now and then I’ll buy a little ice cream and eat that too.
I saw what you did there...
Don’t drink the water...
From the internet... don’t know if it’s true, but amusing:

Dear Guy:
I was excited to hear that each day you sit down to a meal of bacon, because today’s pork products are 31% leaner than they were ten years ago. Pork is delicious and very healthy as many physicians recognize it as a very important source of protein. But the opportunity they present to the dairy industry is very limited.
Porcine do lactate and their milk I will assume would taste great, because it is made of 8.5% fat in relation to the fat that makes up 3.5% of the components in cows milk. The other components such as lactose and water are found at nearly the same percentages in pig’s milk. However, pigs will on average produce 13 lbs of milk in a day as compared to cows that produce 65 lbs of milk on average per day. Pigs unlike cows cannot become pregnant while lactating and therefore possess a severe economic problem to producers. whfle pigs consume less feed per day, economics does not allow pigs to be a viable source of dairy products.
The biggest challenge facing the porcine dairy industry is collecting the product. Pigs on average have fourteen teats as opposed to cows that have four teats. Pigs also differ from cows in their milk ejection time, a cows milk ejection is stimulated by the hoimone oxytocin and can last ten minutes, where as a pig’s milk ejection time only last fifleen seconds as the suckling pigs stimulate the release of oxytoc in. The technology of a 14 cupped mechanized milking machine that can milk a pig in 15 seconds is not available to pork producers.
I hope I have answered your questions and I encourage you to think about developing a pig milking machine as you eat your bacon in the fixture.
Good Luck

Only if you are muslim.
Thousands of crazy goat ladies would tend to disagree
Straight up question: do you eat bacon?
I have read where they can take powdered milk and blend it and put it in a container and you can’t tell the difference and it is a lot cheaper than milk. Regulations will not let them. Don’t know if they have to a a little butter or what else.
