The best explanation about modern medicine that I have heard yet :

Modern Medicine is just a money-making venture by which administrators control the lives of nurses and doctors in 14 hour shifts.

I’d like to add that many death certificates state cause of death, “Cancer,” or other causes, when their actual cause of death was the treatment. So that third leading cause of death of medical error is probably quite a bit higher.
