Pretty sure there was a test cruise recently and it was a disaster. Somebody infected got aboard and spread it to many.
This was just a few weeks ago.

Correcto Mundo. They want cruise ships to be safer than hospitals and airline flights.

Also if infected means testing positive without getting very sick, it is another good method to acquire natural immunity and acts similar to vaccine. I am now sure both me and wife got infected on Carnival cruise ending on Feb 29th, had minor symptoms after disembarking, our bodies fought it off, and we probably acquired some immunity. If they had tested us, we would be positive as well.
