Our goal is to preserve the public’s constitutional right to protest by protecting everyone from violence and other criminal activity,” the bureau added. “You may also call 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324) to verbally report tips and/or information related to this investigation.”

Yes. That is why it is so ugly and savage, where barbarism and terror become the norm. And it takes on a life of its own; and the reason for it starting in the first place usually becomes absorbed into other justifications and rationalizations, as old scores are settled, old feuds re-ignited; and soon the country is marching backwards to a time when that savagery and barbarism were not only the norm, but were codified into law.
