Why in the world would you get a vaccine for a common cold variant that has over 99% survival rate and most people have no clue they have it with minor symptoms of a cold or flu?
As a doctor you should know there are two viruses that cause colds. Rhino and corona viruses. So what was the hubbub all about and why vaccine? First was to get Orange Man Bad and the second was to scam people out of their money as the government is paying for this scam which translates to taxpayer pocketbooks. Remind me not to see you if I have a medical condition.
Walk to rough an ICU and see what this “cold” does to some people and you might feel differently. But I bow to your vast medical knowledge.....
It seems some people just have to get Covid their self to think its serious.
We have more than one medical professional here at FR, and everyone of them has posted numerous times of the gravity of the virus.
I agonized on this, and weighed the pros and cons.
I’m 70 years old. I swab 10 to 20 people everyday who have had exposure to the virus.
I figured sooner of later, I’d probably get it.
I’ve seen a few healthy adults, ie runners, athletic types who are long haulers, who are still really sick, along with a few who are still very weak, 4 weeks out.
I can’t afford to quaranteen myself 14 days.
Here in Georgia, none of the doctors quaranteend and we walked the streets right from the start, so maybe I already got the thing.
In summary, if I were in my 40s or 50s I probably would pass on the thing, but seeing that 2 million plus have had the vaccine with no ill effects, I decided to do it.
I WOULD CONSIDER TAKING THE VIRUS, IF I’M LIVING IN A LOCKED DOWN, BLUE STATE.
