The FDA lists these additional ingredients as: lipids ((4-hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2- hexyldecanoate), 2-[(polyethylene glycol)-2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide, 1,2-distearoyl-snglycero-3-phosphocholine, and cholesterol), potassium chloride, monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, and sucrose.

The long term risks are completely unknown let alone the fact that Fauci etc. claim there isn't any immunity provided. Seems like a huge risk for an unproven injection that only ‘lessens symptoms’ and doesn't prevent or protect against anything.

P.S. The possible side effects of polyethylene glycol AKA PEG alone sound like something nobody wants to experience. A severe anaphylactic reaction is also possible.
