I think the “journalism” standard for “tank” is any vehicle that’s “kinda flat-sided and not shiny”

You are correct, the vehicle has wheels, therefore it isn’t a tank. However, I’m confident that within hours posters here on freerepublic will be claiming that the FBI is using ‘tanks’ against peaceful citizens only practicing their 1st amendment rights to freedom of speech.
