I haven’t seen anything about state militia being called to federal service.

States are sending armed militia to sleep in our Capitol?

That is the Capitol of The United States Of America!

It is not the Capitol of New York or California!

This is a police matter!

May God damn any militia supporting this Democrat insurrection!

Where is the threat?

Without a serious threat, moving armed militia to the Capitol of The United States Of America is illegal and should be considered an insurrection by the states sending them.

Federal forces need to remove them!

If not, there is no more United States!

They need to uphold their oath of enlistment to support and defend the constitution. That comes first and foremost before taking orders. Arrest the domestic enemy occupiers and send them to Gitmo, believe me, it will be very “peaceful”.

National Guard would have to have written orders to send troops to occupy our Capitol.

I remember reading at the start of this that it was NG units from VA, MD, PA, NY, and DE. Someone even posted that it isn't just soldiers but heavy offensive military equitment. My take is that POTUS is assembling troops from Blue State to federalize them and remove them from the control of their Dem governors. This is more than just crowd control. The shtuff is about to hit the fan soon.

I’ve also seen a couple of separate videos of military convoys refueling at a truck stop in TX. Personnel fully armed, machine guns on top of very large vehicles ... odd.

Without going into volumes of details, the National Guard is normally controlled by the governor of the state.

The National Guard can be called into federal service by the President. This has not happened as far as I have seen.

Units and personnel of the National Guard can be called to federal service for a specified period of time. There would have to be written orders.

National Guard Soldiers sleeping in the Capitol with weapons?

Could be poor planning.

Could be poor communication.

Could be intentional.

If it is intentional, then people need to be going to jail.
