The problem with any or all of your “ reasonable” restrictions is who gets to decide.
Of course, the med folks, the state, the neighbor down the street will always decide for the control of others.
Hence, the right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness is the operative principle behind all other rights.
Don’t tread on me, and you won’t be tread upon.
But,OTOH,are there any people who you think should be denied access to firearms?
I had a 20+ year career at a world famous, big city, hospital. My first 10 years there were spent in the ER. I could tell you stories that would make the hair on your toes curl. However,in spite of that experience I'm a firm supporter of the 2nd Amendment. And because of that experience I believe that some people should be denied access to firearms.
Just sayin'...
Don’t tread on me, and you won’t be tread upon.

I don’t disagree but I think that is where the problem comes in.
Your question..’Who gets to decide’ is the real problem for society.
We as individuals of society have many varying opinions among
the total. Thus all the rules, regs, etc.
