All that will be left will be corporate restaurants. A lot of popular and profitable restaurants have closed. Most will never reopen.
I can’t help but to think that in about 6 months, the opportunities for people wanting to open restaurants will be huge. There will be huge pent up demand and way fewer players in the market.
