I don’t see how this demands that employees contribute; or that they aren’t free to contribute otherwise personally.
(And I never watch CNN; and I take any pronouncements from them with a huge pillar of salt...)

"WarnerMedia is a powerful portfolio of iconic entertainment, news, and sports brands. We bring people, technology, and the world’s best storytellers together to drive culture and meaningful connection."
[Emphasis in bold is mine. To entertain is fine. To "drive" culture is to propagandize for tyranny.]

I was once fired from a job for refusing to have money taken out of my paychecks for the feminist, anti-family projects of the United Way, and I did not forget that experience. That company didn't threaten to fire us for refusing to donate, either, but they fired us for that reason just the same and told us so afterwards.
Many others have been wronged in the same way. No company should take donations from employees' pay for NGOs/"charities" or have "employee" "PAC" Boards. We all know about the political favoritism and fascism facilitated by such activities.
The Democrat Party is the Criminal, anti-American Party.

And from the CNN article, “CNN’s parent company, WarnerMedia, is owned by AT&T.” CNN wouldn’t have a subjective, political motive for making that up.

I've over the years...been pushed hard to donate to causes I can't abide to. Had co-workers...look at me funny. Never gave a flip about them.....
Long time ago...I had a chick in school...berate me for eating meat. I mentioned she was wearing a....leather belt and shoes. She shut up..........
