As I recall - and this may only be from when I was in California, this is NOT legal - there was a lawsuit and it was not legal. Very much like having to join a union or have your dues taken regardless of membership is not legal.
There is nothing there that says employees have to contribute to the company PAC.
Its like contributing to a company United Way fund.
Couldn’t be legal to strong arm employees for political contributions!
