I agree with you. That’s why the premise of the title of this thread is WRONG. The author is assuming that we are demanding that Pence GIVE the presidency to Trump when all we’re demanding is that he adhere to the constitution and be just and fair.

In 2016, the electors of Michigan voted for PDJT but by your definition, they would have illegal as as they were sent up by the governor and not the state legislature as required by the Constitution.
