it’s only public transponder information availble on the site. Military air control will still be able to see the confidential trnasponders unless the aircraft goes 100% emission control and then they would only have radar and would have the unit tagged. Nothing goes across our airspace without someone tracking.
The civilians may not know who/what it is but with exception of stealth craft would still see radar imaging and route civilian craft accordingly. For stealth it would be up to military aircraft control and final authority/responsibility is always aircraft commander to ensure no incidents.
