That’s what gets me, why have 10,000 NG troops there, if there isn’t going to be an inaugural parade, and the ceremony itself will be virtual?
I don’t remember any calls for gatherings to be held in DC on the 20th.
All I remember of pro-biden activities was the crowd that went out in the streets of DC on the evening of Nov 3 or the day after.
