Finally, some good news.... LOL!! I can’t see my screen. I’m laughing so hard I’m crying.
I was going to say, Hey, no spoilers! We’ve barely begun to discover the horrors 2021 has for us.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA, for its acronym in English) has defined as “potentially dangerous” to asteroid 2009 JF1, as it could impact the Earth on March 6, 2022 Well, now I know the exact date that I will win Powerball.

Ha! But it’ll be Biden’s fault... Hardly. He inherited that asteroid from Trump.

I’ve always said that if God ever decided to give Earth an enema he would stick it in D.C.!

It’s an asteroid, it’s drifting, it doesn’t have any “power.”

Not big enough. It will break up 80-100 miles up. No one will even hear it. Something this size comes in every week, mostly unnoticed.
Get one close to 100 meters and it’s interesting.

The real killer part of it is when all the nuke power plants that get taken out by the asteroid, and then spill all their radiation into the air. All those spent fuel rod pools and all.
That way most of the planet will be uninhabitable for 100,000 years. And you were all worried about the asteroid.

Still not going to be enough to be sure.
On the other hand, if it hits D.C. directly, it will be a good start, as long as the legislative branch is in session.

Get one close to 100 meters and it’s interesting. I'm guessing it would take something about 10 km wide to wreak world wide havoc, even if it just burned to dust. Widespread crop failures for a couple of years after. That would be the disaster these articles want us to envision.

2.3 mega ton explosions are nothing to scoff at but the first hydrogen bomb to detonate was 10.4 mega tons - 700 times the Hiroshima bomb and the world seems to have survived
