I think there may have been a divorce behind the scenes, because it’s The Phơ Queen Noodle House, now.
And, if there’s not radical and bodacious breaking news by the 20th, I’m creating my own recipe using shaved chicken to make Phơ Q.
I’ll call the leftovers Phơ Q 2.

I love me some pho. There was a place by my house called “pho ni bal only” for a while. Wasn’t too good. Millennial place, they had baloney in one of their soups.
